Kentish Sunrise is a vibrant, carefully crafted blend designed to bring clarity, sweetness, and complexity to every cup.
The foundation is a Kenya Peaberry (SL28) grown at 1400–1600m. Washed for a clean profile, it delivers comforting notes of rich chocolate and ripe raisin, finished with a smooth, lingering sweetness. Its solid body and depth provide structure and balance.
Layered on top is a high-grown Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (Heirloom varietal) from 1800–2000m, also washed to highlight its elegant character. Expect bright accents of blueberry and rosehip, delicate floral aromatics, and a lively hint of lemon with a tea-like finish that lifts the entire cup.
The result is a beautifully balanced coffee — sweet and chocolatey at its core, bright and floral at the edges — making Kentish Sunrise a dynamic and uplifting start to the day.
