At St Apple Hurst Coffee, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle deliveries, what services we use, and what you can expect from us.

1. Shipping Services We Use

We ship all orders using Royal Mail 48, which usually delivers within 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

If you do not have a safe place for delivery, or if Royal Mail cannot access your location, we may use Yodel instead. In that case, your order will be delivered to the nearest Yodel collection point, and you’ll be notified when it's ready to collect.

2. Contact Information Required

To provide tracking and delivery updates, we require:

  • A valid email address

  • A mobile phone number

This information is necessary for both Royal Mail and Yodel tracking services.

3. Dispatch Times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way.

4. Delivery Times

  • Royal Mail 48 Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

  • Yodel Collection Point: You’ll receive instructions via email or text when your parcel is ready for pickup. ID may be required at the collection point.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, peak periods, or postal delays.

5. Missed Deliveries / Failed Attempts

  • If Royal Mail cannot deliver and no safe place is available, they may leave a card with re-delivery or collection instructions.

  • If we use Yodel, you’ll be directed to collect your parcel from a local pickup point.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details or uncollected parcels.

6. Legal Notice

This Shipping Policy forms part of the legal agreement between you (the customer) and St Apple Hurst Coffee. It clearly outlines our delivery process, responsibilities, and your rights. By placing an order with us, you accept the terms stated in this policy.
