At St Apple Hurst Coffee, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We may ask you to provide a clear photo as proof of the damage so we can assess the issue and process a replacement or refund.
Customer Errors
If a mistake was made during ordering (e.g., wrong item selected or incorrect delivery details), we may still be able to help. However, in these cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the return postage or any re-shipping costs.
Conditions

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition (unless damaged in transit).

We do not accept returns for perishable goods (such as opened coffee) unless they are faulty or damaged.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the issue is confirmed.
