Monsoon Malabar is the name that first comes to mind when people think of Indian Specialty Coffee and this coffee is certainly unique. This big bodied coffee finishes nutty with minimal acidity and notes of spice.
Roast Level: Medium Dark.
Taste: Fresh and Nutty, light and spicy with a hint of bitter coco.
The name Monsoon Malabar is derived from exposure to the monsoon winds of the Malabar coast.
